Originally incorporated on December 20, 1949, under the name “Colbert County Hospital Board.” On February 7, 1984, the Authority was reincorporated as a health care authority and public corporation. Helen Keller Hospital Red Bay Hospital North Alabama Sleep Disorders Center The Authority is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors. |
